Stephen is a senior leadership facilitator and executive coach based in Asia, with a focus on leadership transitions and change. He has been collaborating with the Munich Leadership Group since 2011.
He holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development from George Washington University and a Master’s in Engineering from McGill University. His professional experience includes managing global and regional projects at ABN AMRO, JPMorgan, Hewlett-Packard and Andersen Consulting.
Stephen is accredited in MBTI Step I & II, FIRO-B, Team Management Profiles, DiSC, Benchmarks, Skillscope and Inventory of Learning Styles, and has delivered programs for Fortune 500 companies in Asia including JPMorgan, UBS, BP, Johnson & Johnson, BASF, Credit Suisse, Amgen and Linde Gas.
