Biran is a passionate HR consultant, trainer, facilitator and professional coach (CPCC, ACC) with deep practice in leadership and adult-learning programs across international corporations.
She holds a Diploma in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations from Istanbul University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Marmara University, with a thesis on the factors that determine whether adult learning transfers to the workplace.
Her professional roles include Facilitator, Academy Leader, European Head of Onboarding Programs, Head of Leadership Trainings and Head of Learning & Development in international corporations. She brings vast experience in managing multicultural teams and complex projects.
