Personal profile
Christine is a senior leadership trainer, executive coach and intercultural facilitator based in Shanghai, with two decades of practice in China and across Europe. She has been collaborating with the Munich Leadership Group since 2008.
She holds a Degree in Psychology from Shanghai Teacher’s University (focus on educational psychology) and a Bachelor in International Business Management from the same institution. She is a licensed DISC® Facilitator and the sole distributor of the DISC® Personality Factor Profile in Greater China since 2005.
Christine has been a business partner of CE.TOP Training & Consulting since 2004 and is fluent in English and Chinese. Her focus: leadership skills and coaching for senior managers, conflict management, intercultural training, DISC®-based personality and career coaching, meeting effectiveness, and time and self-management.
