Rich is a senior executive coach and global facilitator with the Center for Creative Leadership’s C-suite offering, Leadership at the Peak. He has partnered with companies across the for-profit, government, and non-governmental worlds.
He has served as Global Portfolio Director and is certified in a variety of 360 feedback and personality assessments and simulation exercises. He is also a certified coach with the Center for Creative Leadership, focusing on senior and high-potential leaders, and is current faculty with CCL, Mountain States Employers Council, and Apollo Group.
Rich’s practice centers on facilitating conversations that advance better leadership at every level of an organization, and helping organizations understand the role of culture in how change does — or doesn’t — happen.
