Sabine combines her academic background in business administration and mathematics with years of experience in leadership and organizational development. She holds a PhD in decision-making strategies for leaders in health tech, was a director and co-founder at a Fraunhofer institute, and today heads the MLG Campus.
One question drives her work above all others: what do leaders need in order to stay effective under pressure, through change, and in complex situations?
To answer it she brings leadership practice together with findings from psychology and neuroscience. Not theory for its own sake, but with a clear focus on what actually helps day to day: better decisions, clear communication, effective collaboration, and the ability to keep acting when situations get difficult.
Sabine works with leaders at every stage: from a first leadership role to the seasoned executive. In coaching and training she asks the right questions, gives clear feedback, and pushes where development begins.
Her stance: good leadership is never finished. Anyone who wants to succeed over the long term has to be willing to keep developing.
As an ICF-certified business coach she combines professional coaching methodology with psychometric instruments and her own leadership experience.
