Jim is a senior executive coach and team-development specialist who has worked deeply with C-suite leaders across pharmaceutical, healthcare, agriculture, energy, software and military organizations.
He holds a BA in Political Science from Guilford College and a Masters of Divinity from McCormick Theological Seminary. He brings certifications in 360 and personality assessments, advanced facilitation, and executive coaching.
Jim was Global Portfolio Lead for the Center for Creative Leadership’s Leadership at the Peak program for C-suite executives, where he led the program redesign and the qualification of trainers. He is the founder and head of LeaderCore, developing coaching, senior-team development and training for global clients.
