Francesca is an executive consultant, assessor, trainer and coach with 15 years of leadership experience in the Oil & Gas sector and as the founder of a consultancy. She works across all leadership levels in multiple organizations.
She holds Master’s degrees in Knowledge Management and Social Sciences from Università degli Studi di Roma Tre and La Sapienza. Her qualifications cover training methodology, HR management & strategy, workshop facilitation, group and team coaching, and transactional analysis.
She is an ICF-certified Coach (ACC), an ATC Organizational Counsellor, and a Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach & Team Coach. Her focus: leadership development, employee experience and employer branding design, executive coaching and assessment, personal branding and career coaching, and the facilitation of cultural change.
