Christoph is a senior leadership trainer, executive coach and process facilitator whose practice has been built on Transactional Analysis, NLP, and EFQM excellence assessment. He has been an Associate Partner of the Munich Leadership Group since its beginnings.
He holds a University Diploma in Law, Political Sciences, Business and Organizational Psychology. He is a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst, an NLP Master Trainer, and an EFQM Business Excellence assessor.
Christoph focuses on leadership topics including communication, conflict management, target setting, and change & restructuring processes. His engagements include the development of high-performance teams, executive coaching, senior-team strategy work, and process moderation in workshops.
