Kris holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Ostfalia and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from TU Braunschweig, complemented by additional training in process design, facilitation, and agile development. He has worked across automotive, chemical, semiconductor, and public sector industries, and brings rare entrepreneurial experience from a moonshot robotics start-up and building an intrapreneurial workshop and consulting unit from scratch.
