Margaret is an executive consultant, facilitator and leadership coach with practice that spans for-profit, non-profit and government leadership development. She is based in Rochester, NY and has been collaborating with the Munich Leadership Group since 2011.
She holds a B.A. in Spanish and an M.A. in Guidance & Counseling from Michigan State University, and is a Certified MBTI Instructor.
Margaret’s focus is change management, strategic planning, diversity initiatives, executive consultations, leadership and human-resource development, needs assessment, benchmarking, facilitation, and team building — with extensive teaching experience in communication skills at the university and community level.
