Basel is a senior leadership consultant, executive coach and excellence assessor whose practice runs from leadership effectiveness and transformational change to organizational health and emotional intelligence.
He has provided consulting services to leading groups, including the World Bank, EU agencies, governments, businesses, educational and not-for-profit organizations. He has assessed and led top organizations through Excellence Awards.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, with certifications as a Leadership Trainer, Management Developer, Leadership Facilitator, EFQM Excellence Assessor, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Trainer of Trainers.
