Personal profile
Natalie holds a University Diploma in Business Administration from Mannheim and has built an impressive career spanning retail, insurance, and telecommunications. She has held roles as an in-house organizational development consultant, Head of Human Resource Development, and line manager — giving her a uniquely complete view of how organizations actually work and change.
Natalie joined the Munich Leadership Group team in 2008. After a strong and successful collaboration on the client side before, she trained extensively in project management, process management, transactional analysis, group dynamics, and coaching — bringing both analytical rigour and deep human sensitivity to every engagement.
Natalie's focus is on creating the conditions for high performance in teams and organizations: building self-confidence, fostering autonomy, and designing environments where people feel safe enough to be genuinely ambitious.
Natalie is a trusted partner for leadership teams navigating strategic change, performance management, and cultural transformation. Her appreciation-based approach — focusing on recognizing strengths and solving problems collaboratively — is particularly powerful in complex, multi-stakeholder environments where trust must be built alongside results.
