Susanne is a leadership developer, systemic consultant and team coach with a rare double-foundation: a legal training and a deep grounding in social-pedagogic and systemic practice.
She studied Law at the University of Augsburg and Social Education at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich. Her professional experience spans a legal working environment and two consultancies, with leadership experience as a line supervisor. She is a Systemic Consultant trained at the Wiesloch Institute for Systemic Consulting.
Susanne is an Associate Partner of the Munich Leadership Group, with additional training in Transactional Analysis. She focuses on leadership programs, change-management consulting, conflict moderation between employer and employee, workshop and large-group facilitation, team development, and Train-the-Trainer approaches.
