Teresa is an executive coach, leadership consultant and intercultural facilitator with over 25 years of international experience at executive level. A Spanish national who has lived in Spain, the UK and Germany, she works fluently in German, Spanish and English.
Her academic record is remarkably broad: a Graduate in Music from Salamanca Conservatorium, a Graduate in Theoretical Physics from Salamanca University, a Master in Telecommunications from King’s College London, and an Executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. She is a Certified Business Coach (WABC), an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School, and an Accredited Business Coach at Meyler Campbell.
Teresa supports the management and delivery of complex international-intercultural projects — counselling project leaders, aligning teams, and coaching individuals. Her focus is leadership development, high-performance teams, intercultural management, change and innovation, and group and executive coaching.
