Elena is an executive coach, leadership trainer and HR practitioner whose work is anchored in self-awareness, personal mastery, and the disciplined facilitation of high-stakes business conversations.
She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing (with Honours) from the International Academy for Marketing and Management in Moscow, ICF-accredited Personal Performance and Corporate Executive Coaching Diplomas from TCA London, and a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in HR Practice. She has 15 years of international HR and People Development experience.
Elena designs and delivers training programs on personal leadership, performance and talent management, presentation skills, resilience and stress management, and coaching for people managers. She is the founder and president of a non-profit organization for personal development.
