Lynn is a strategic leadership coach and organizational consultant working with leaders from front-line supervisors to CEOs across U.S. industries and government agencies.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology (with a minor in Accounting) from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from the University of the Rockies. She is the owner of L & L Consulting, LLC and a certified executive coach with the Center for Creative Leadership.
Lynn serves as an Assessor with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and a moderator for the Apollo Professional Development Group. She delivers leadership programs, provides 360 and personality-based assessment feedback, and coaches across industries — with prior careers at Cameron/Butcher Commercial Real Estate and as a stockbroker with Merrill Lynch.
