Patti is a senior HR leader and executive coach with two decades of experience building leadership pipelines, assessment systems and culture change in global organizations across China and Asia. She is tri-lingual in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
She holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and has been collaborating with the Munich Leadership Group since 2011. Her operating career includes Head of HR at Unilever and British American Tobacco in China, HR Director at METRO Cash & Carry China, and VP HR for the Asia Region.
Patti led the establishment of METRO’s Training Center in China and the METRO-Harvard Leadership Program for Asian managers. She now focuses on one-to-one executive coaching, performance and potential assessment, talent development, change management, and assessment- and development-center design.
