Serdar is an executive coach, leadership trainer and culture-change consultant who pairs an operator’s background with rigorous coach training. He works with senior leaders and intact teams on the inner work that makes outer change possible.
He holds a Degree in Management from Middle East Technical University in Ankara. His operating experience includes sales and trade marketing at Henkel Turkey and the role of General Manager at Carl Kühne Turkey. He has been a trainer and coach since 2004.
Serdar is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, with CTI Co-Active Coaching and Leadership training and ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) certification. His focus: leadership development, talent development, executive and team coaching, corporate culture and change, top management strategy workshops, and employee engagement.
