Thomas is an independent management consultant, intercultural trainer and team coach with an unusually international footprint — consulting and teaching across Europe and Asia in three languages.
He holds an INSEAD MBA from Fontainebleau, studied at the Stockholm School of Economics with a major in Marketing, and completed Georgetown Summer School in Washington, D.C. His operating career was in sales, product and marketing management at Playtex (Scandinavia, France, Europe) and Levi Strauss & Co. (France, Europe).
Since 2000 he has run his own consultancy. He is a Certified Global’Ease Trilingual Trainer in Working in an Intercultural Environment and teaches Managing Cultural Differences and Global Presentation Skills at the University of Paris since 2008 — with guest professorships at HEC Paris, Centrale Paris, Stavanger University and University of Technology Sydney.
