Doreen is a senior executive coach, trainer and lecturer with deep expertise in leadership development, change, and the embodied / non-verbal side of executive communication.
She holds a University Diploma in International Economics from Universität Passau, with extended periods in Spain, Italy, Latin America and Senegal. She lectures in Leadership, Change Management and Coaching at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, and is a licensed DISG® facilitator, a Certified Senior Coach and certified Coach Trainer (DCV).
Her additional training spans transactional analysis, systemic organizational development, mimic resonance and embodiment-focused psychology. Doreen designs and delivers integrated executive programs, coaches one-on-one and in teams, and runs Train-the-Coach seminars across German-speaking Europe.
