Michael holds an MBA from the University of Mannheim and brings over 25 years of experience across automotive, pharmaceutical, mechanical engineering, banking, and insurance sectors. His career began at Mercedes-Benz AG in logistics and transport, followed by strategy consulting at Ernst & Young from 1992 to 1995.
From 1995 to 2007 he worked as a Senior Consultant and Facilitator at SHS Business Consultants, building deep expertise in transformation design and executive facilitation. He joined Munich Leadership Group in 2008 and was appointed Managing Partner in 2020.
Certified in NLP, Transactional Analysis, MBTI, StrengthsFinder, and many more psychometric tools, he brings a strong analytical toolkit to every engagement. Beyond work, he is a passionate tennis player and father of twins.
