Kate is a performance-driven senior consultant and executive coach with 20+ years of practice across the public and private sectors. She combines strategic clarity with deep change-management craft.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Melbourne University, Executive Leadership from Cornell University, and further executive development from Harvard and Oxford. Her private-sector career covered Accenture and Ernst & Young as a Change Management specialist, with industry depth in financial services, telecoms, government and resources.
Kate has also worked deeply in the public sector in the UK — including as a Strategy Adviser to Prime Minister Tony Blair within the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit. Today she focuses on culture change, executive coaching, training design, strategy development and program management.
