Personal profile
Glyn is an executive coach and leadership consultant who has been running his own consultancy since 2002 and collaborating with the Munich Leadership Group since 2007. His focus: helping leaders prosper at the transitions where the role changes faster than they do.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management Learning from the Management School, Lancaster University, and is a Qualified Executive Coach with a post-graduate certificate in coaching. He is an NLP practitioner and an authorised user of Hogan, NeuroColor, MBTI®, StrengthsFinder®, Strengthscope and Margerison-McCann Linking Skills Profile.
Earlier in his career he led training and development in automotive, distribution and higher-education organizations, and served as Senior Consultant focused on change management in manufacturing. Today he coaches senior leaders, designs integrated leadership programs, facilitates board-level strategy work, and runs team development — including using the outdoors for impact.
