David is a senior leadership consultant and executive coach with a deep grounding in industrial-organizational psychology. He has led international consulting organizations and designs leadership-development architectures for global clients across hospitality, retail and gaming.
He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Allegheny College, an M.A. in Psychology from the College of William and Mary, and a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. He has served as a faculty member in an applied Master’s program teaching leadership, organizational development, selection and applied research methods.
David is a certified executive coach from the Center for Creative Leadership and a practitioner of multiple 360, individual and team assessment tools. His work spans hiring-system design, leadership programs, and consultant development — with delivery across the United States and Brazil.
