Jürgen is a senior leadership trainer and team coach with a background that combines international HR practice with rigorous psychometric methodology. He works at every leadership level, with a particular focus on managing change and developing teams to their highest level.
His professional experience includes the United Nations Development Program (Human Resources Department, Staff Development) and a Munich management consulting firm. He is additionally trained in Transactional Analysis and is a licensed Facilitator for MBTI Steps I & II.
Jürgen designs and implements management and leadership programs, leads change-management initiatives with a strong focus on employee involvement, and coaches senior leaders through transitions. His work spans reengineering, total quality, train-the-trainer architectures, and successful multicultural team-building.
