Hubert is a leadership coach, trainer and intercultural consultant whose practice is rooted in adult learning theory and decades of work across continents. He brings an unusual mix of social science depth and on-the-ground field experience to every engagement.
He holds an M.A. in Education, Sociology and Psychology from the Universities of Nuremberg and Regensburg, Aberdeen, and the National University of Rwanda. Between 1983 and 1994 he led the Africa Department at Eirene (Neuwied) and served as Consultant and Trainer in socio-economic development programs — experience that still shapes how he listens to organizations today.
Since 1994 he has been a trainer and coach for BMW Group, multiple UN agencies, German government ministries, and international corporates — on team performance, leadership impact, change management, and transcultural competences. He is an Associate Partner of the Munich Leadership Group.
