Adam is an executive coach and organizational consultant whose career bridges military operations, academic research, and the leadership development of senior executives across industries. He coaches leaders at the points where structure, character, and performance meet.
He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy, an M.B.A. from Baker College, and a PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of the Rockies. A former United States Air Force Logistics Readiness Officer, he later served as an executive leadership coach for the Center for Creative Leadership, working with senior leaders on high-stakes development challenges.
Adam is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Workplace Big Five, and a range of additional psychometric instruments and assessments. He brings that diagnostic depth to his work on coaching, team performance, and the development of leaders responsible for difficult, high-velocity environments.
