Paige is an executive coach, leadership consultant, and former university professor who brings the rigor of I-O psychology to the messy realities of senior teams in transformation. Her engagements span senior coaching at major restaurant brands, work with executive teams on organizational culture, and active support of M&A integrations.
She holds a B.A. in College Scholars from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with emphases in psychology, management, and organizational development, and an MA and PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from George Mason University. As former University Professor and Department Chair at the University of the Rockies she taught Organizational Leadership and developed curricula in innovation, global I-O psychology, and leadership.
She has served as Vice President of Experience Solutions for an international consulting firm and as Senior Faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership, designing custom leadership solutions for global clients. She is a Certified Executive Coach (CCL) and an Associate Certified Coach (ICF), with certifications in Polarity Management, the Growth Leadership Profile, 360-degree assessments, and Workplace Big 5.
Paige works internationally with senior executives and their teams on leadership development, high-performing teams, assessment centers, organizational change, innovation, talent, and culture.
