Personal profile
Thomas is a leadership developer, change consultant, and facilitator with an unusually broad operating background — international development, retail, and start-ups. He works at the intersection of strategy, organizational change, and the human side of getting things done.
He holds an M.Sc. honours degree in Geography with majors in economics and social anthropology, and his professional experience spans international organizations and development work, retail, and start-up environments. His expertise covers project management, key account management, market development, HR development, and large-scale change projects.
His additional training is deliberately wide: certified in change management, systemic coaching, organizational development, Constellation work, stress management, and career coaching with MBTI I & II certification. He uses that range to design interventions that meet teams where they actually are.
Thomas is based in Munich and works in German and English on strategic and organizational change, team building, leadership development, workshop and event moderation, intercultural communication, stress prevention, and sales training.
