Roland is a leadership developer, executive coach, and former managing director who pairs an academic foundation in strategic management with years of operating responsibility inside medium-sized companies. His engagements range from sales and negotiation programs to change processes that touch the whole organization.
He holds a University Diploma in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilian University, Munich, with a focus on strategic leadership, management consultancy, revision, and entrepreneurial skills. He completed his doctoral dissertation at the Institute for Strategic Management Consultancy and Controlling at the University of Klagenfurt in Austria. He is a Certified Trainer of the chamber of commerce and a Ropes Course trainer with expertise in adventure-based pedagogy.
Roland has spent many years as managing director of a medium-sized logistics and marketing company in the food and OTC/pharmaceutical sector, with additional industry experience across environmental and energy, beverages, construction, and cement. He brings that operator's eye to every coaching session and to every training he designs.
Roland is based in Munich and works in German and English on leadership development, negotiations, sales, change processes, team development, train-the-trainer, and one-on-one coaching engagements.
