Deanna is a leadership consultant and executive coach with more than two decades of experience advising mid- to large-scale commercial organizations and U.S. government agencies on leadership development, assessment, and human capital strategy. Her work bridges rigorous I-O psychology and practical, in-the-room performance.
She holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from Guilford College in North Carolina, an MA in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, and a PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, also from George Mason. She serves as an Executive Coach for the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business Executive MBA program, working with senior leaders on the inflection points of their careers.
Deanna designs and delivers individual and team assessments, 360-degree feedback processes, organizational diagnostics, and the leadership-development architectures that turn those insights into measurable change. Her clients value her precision, her warmth, and her willingness to say the thing that needs to be said.
