Monica is an executive coach, leadership consultant, and certified psychologist with deep experience inside global organizations across consumer goods, manufacturing, food service, healthcare, and fashion. Her practice combines business rigor with developmental psychology — she has sat in the CFO chair and in the coach's chair, and she designs interventions that respect both.
She holds an MSc in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, an MA in Organizational Psychology and a BA in Developmental Psychology, both from La Cattolica University, Milan. She is a certified psychologist in Italy and an ICF-certified coach. Her continuing development includes IMD Lausanne's Program for Executive Development, Systemic Team Coaching at AoEC London, Immunity to Change at Minds at Work in Boston, and Shadow Coaching with Donna Karlin in Canada.
Monica's professional experience spans senior finance leadership as CFO in the FMCG industry, management consulting across multiple sectors, and running in-house leadership and transformation projects. She brings that operator's perspective to every coaching and team development engagement.
