Personal profile
Simone is a senior management trainer, systemic consultant, and leadership developer with a rare combination of hands-on management experience and deep expertise in organizational psychology. Her engagements range from intensive personality development with individual leaders to large-scale culture and change programs inside complex organizations.
She holds a diploma in economics with majors in marketing and organizational development from the universities of Wuppertal and San Sebastián (Spain). On top of that academic foundation she completed a Certified Trainer & Consultant qualification and a full Systemic Therapeutic Apprenticeship — equipping her with both the conceptual rigor and the methodological breadth to work at every level of an organization.
Earlier in her career Simone led and managed teams as a responsible line manager, and she has since served as project lead for internal training schools, designing and running learning architectures from the ground up. Today she works as an Associate Partner of the Munich Leadership Group on process and change consulting, leadership trainings, and team development engagements across German-speaking Europe.
Simone is based in Munich and works in German and English with leadership teams across industries.
