Margarita is a senior leadership trainer, executive coach, and intercultural consultant with deep expertise in communication, emotional intelligence, and behavioral development. She has worked across three continents — North America, Europe, and Asia — and brings a practitioner's eye to every leadership conversation.
Her practice combines a rigorous academic foundation with hands-on experience inside major global organizations. She holds a B.A. in Human Resources from the Iberoamericana University in Mexico City and an M.B.A. from INSEEC Paris. Her early career included senior roles with Wal-Mart Mexico and Carrefour Spain, before a formative chapter at the Strategic Communication Consulting Group in Beijing immersed her in Cross-Cultural Management at the highest level.
For more than ten years she served as a senior Trainer and Consultant for one of the leading American HR consultancies, designing and delivering programs across Mexico and Latin America. She is additionally certified in Target Selection and Train the Trainer methodologies.
Margarita designs and facilitates programs in communication, feedback culture, coaching, customer service, employee motivation, and intercultural collaboration. Her clients value her clarity, her warmth, and her ability to make complex behavioral concepts immediately practical on the job.
