Eric Vanetti, PhD is a consultant and facilitator whose work focuses on the full range of HR solutions from Human Capital management to Lean Six Sigma.

Before joining Munich Leadership Group, Eric was Director, Organizational Development & Talent Management for Xerox Corporation. In that capacity, he had global responsibility for change management, competency management, employee engagement and performance management processes for the corporation.

With more than 20 years of both domestic and international business experience, Eric has worked in a variety of human resources related roles developing extensive expertise in several key areas, including:

Eric received a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and a B.S. in Business Administration and Psychology from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon. He is also a certified Human Capital Strategist and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Eric resides in Davidson, North Carolina along with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two dogs.
