My message:
Everyone is a leader; it depends only on what domain you choose to show up as a leader and how you define that for yourself.
It is the responsibility of all senior leaders to find opportunities to develop others; creating the generativity of leadership is an irreplaceable gift to those who will follow you.
We are all players in our own lives; we will be faced with challenges and conflict, and it is how we decide to respond that will significantly define us.
The greatest gift you can give yourself is time to reflect and become self aware. Without that, you are just “going through the motions”.
