My message:

  • Everyone is a leader; it depends only on what domain you choose to show up as a leader and how you define that for yourself.
  • It is the responsibility of all senior leaders to find opportunities to develop others; creating the generativity of leadership is an irreplaceable gift to those who will follow you.
  • We are all players in our own lives; we will be faced with challenges and conflict, and it is how we decide to respond that will significantly define us.
  • The greatest gift you can give yourself is time to reflect and become self aware. Without that, you are just “going through the motions”.
