In-House Training and Seminars
 
We offer a wide range of non-hierarchical in-house qualification and training programs in a number of languages. Some of the topics we address include leadership and communication, change management, customer orientation, process-oriented organization, quality management, relationship management and sales and presentation techniques.
 
Our motivating and individually tailored seminars focus on behavioral and experiential learning. Participants are put in situations in which they must apply what they learned in the seminar (knowledge-based learning). In small groups, they discuss the experience and determine how it can be applied to their individual situations. Then the participants are asked to establish a personal development plan that defines the steps they will take to implement what they have learned. This is precisely one reason why most of our seminars and training programs involve multiple sessions: at the follow-up session, where the facilitators act as facilitators, participants can discuss their experiences and offer each other support (possibly in the form of peer coaching), define new strategies and solidify their success.
