Conflict Management

Most people find it difficult to accept that conflict is a natural part of any cooperation. Viewing conflict as an opportunity and using it constructively to improve future cooperation is even more difficult.

Munich Leadership Group works with executives and teams to help them recognize such opportunities and to utilize this great source of development potential for companies, organizations and teams.

The differences between individual situations must be taken into account. To ensure that future cooperation runs smoothly and thus motivates the parties involved, we sit down with the participants to set specific goals and analyze the status quo. Once this has been done, participants can express what they want the change process to include, and set individual limits in terms of respect.
While traditional approaches frequently focus only on managers' abilities and current behavior, our work goes one step further: we also address the individual thought framework that often acts as a barrier to putting these abilities into practice. This serves to raise awareness of one's own behaviors and create or expand the basis for learning.

Our conflict management approach teaches new behavioral patterns that can help you better handle conflict, and how to apply them in practice.
